The purpose of this church is to present isagogic, categorical, and exegetical Bible teaching, standing unequivocally for the fundamentals of the faith as contained in the Holy Scriptures; and through the teaching of the Word in this church, the sending out of missionaries, and the ordaining of pastor-teachers, and to present the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ both at home and abroad. The thrust of this church is to communicate Bible doctrine to believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, for the purpose of attainment of spiritual maturity.

Grace Bible Church stands for the historic, conservative Christian faith. At a crucial time in human history when many churches have departed from the original teachings of New Testament Christianity, having substituted the vain philosophies of men for the authority of Biblical doctrine, Grace Bible Church of Corpus Christi was established to fundamentally uphold the Bible as the infallible, inerrant, divinely-inspired authority for Christian faith and practice.

• Doctrinally conservative; fundamental, evangelical, premillennial, and Bible-centered in all services and classes, teaching a perfect Salvation purchased solely on the basis of the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ on the Cross, a grace work of God for man, not a work of man for God, therefore, devoid of all human merit and deservings.
• Emphasis on systematic verse-by-verse exegetical Bible teaching as revealed in the original Greek and Hebrew texts.
• Denominationally unrelated; self-governing, self-propagating, self-supporting by free-will giving without pledges, assessments, tithes, promises, or pressure.
